Have you always wanted to brave a marathon? Or whip up a bake sale? Perhaps you’d love to put on a book quiz? There are loads of ways to raise money for Ministry of Stories – take your pick from the options below or email us with a new idea.
Are you interested in raising funds for us by running the Hackney Half Marathon in 2027? With general entries already sold out, this is a great way to still get involved and raise money to keep East London’s creative minds whirring. We have eight spaces available! Or do you fancy an even BIGGER challenge. We have one space for a budding runner to take on the London Marathon in 2027 on our behalf.
Think you could get a Hollywood Handshake? Or simply enjoy licking the bowl (otherwise known as helping with the washing-up)? Whatever your level of experience, throwing a bake sale can be a piece of cake with a little bit of preparation and planning. Roll up your sleeves, grab a bowl and a wooden spoon, and get baking on behalf of Ministry of Stories. And don’t forget to save a sweet treat for yourself…
Get your friends, family and colleagues together for our one-of-a-kind quiz! Download our quiz pack for everything you need to host your own in-person or virtual booktastic quiz.
Our quiz packs are free to download, but with the aim to fundraise for us. You can raise funds by charging a small entry fee to your quiz.
