Chapter Two: Can you hear my footsteps?

This week we continue our celebration of the 65th anniversary of Dylan Thomas’ Under Milk Wood, with Chapter Two of Round About Candle Street, our young writers’ re-imagining of Thomas’ famous poetic radio play.
This chapter introduces characters from around Bethnal Green and Mile End. We meet a Fortnite-loving student who’s always getting in trouble, a vegetarian fox and a caretaker who needs his motivational music.
