Regan is a musician and songwriter from East London who has a deep love and appreciation for music and the sentiments it can convey as an art form. He is a recent alumni of the Horniman museum’s Musicians in Residence programme. Regan strives to expand on the perceived zeitgeist of hip hop and rap. A task he’s embarked on as solo artist Wave Noir, and as part of his collective Anti.Net, featured on BBC Radio 1 and Spotify’s Fresh Finds and Hip Hop playlists.

Regan is also an alumni of the Ministry of Stories Trainee Programme, which was the start of his facilitation journey. He has since led songwriting sessions with young people at Ministry of Stories and creative writing programmes across London.
