Duncan Kilty

Duncan is currently Deputy Head at Henry Maynard Primary School in Waltham Forest. He has worked in schools in Newham, Tower Hamlets and Hackney for more than ten years and has a deep understanding of both the challenges faced by young Londoners and their amazing potential. Duncan is committed to ensuring that creativity and imagination retain their central place in children’s education due to its essential role in their development into empathetic, articulate and emotionally-literate adults. Duncan started as a volunteer, then became a trustee in 2016. Following his retirement from the Board in 2022, he is proud to continue to support as an Expert Advisor.
